The project delivers a complete background music solution across key areas of the property, including the lobby, the restaurant above the hotel, and the swimming pool area. Each zone was designed to provide clear, evenly distributed audio that complements the atmosphere of the space and enhances the overall guest experience.

The scope included ceiling and outdoor-rated speakers, centralized multi-zone audio routing using a VSSL-based system, automated volume scheduling, and app-based control for staff operation. The solution ensures consistent sound quality and simple day-to-day management across all areas without without affecting the intended ambience of the space.

Villa 50 Jumeirah

Villa 50 on Jumeirah Road involved the installation of a complete CCTV and intercom system to improve security and access control across the property. High-definition cameras were installed to ensure clear surveillance coverage of all key areas.

An intercom system was integrated to allow secure and convenient communication between visitors and residents. The system was implemented using Hikvision equipment, delivering reliable monitoring and day-to-day usability without compromising on simplicity.
